He is also an innovative, strategic thinker with proven success in executing critical business objectives, making organizations successful, and facilitating collaborative decision making and planning. He has an intense focus on recruiting and retention, human capital improvement, performance, and organizational development with over 26 years’ experience in a variety of market sectors.

     

    Donnell harnessed his training, education, experience, successes and failures to go from Private to Command Sergeant Major in the Army and now as Chief Executive Officer in corporate America. He believes that the most powerful asset of any organization is their people. Each organization is a sum of all parts working together to achieve results and is comprised of individuals with their own gifts and talents achieving results.
